To scale globally, Mintus required a compliant product framework that could accommodate both single-artwork investments and a diversified portfolio strategy. The company also needed a distribution partner with access to wealth managers, family offices, and private banks across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

How Amicorp Helped Mintus Deliver a Scalable, Diversified Art Investment Strategy

Amicorp issued an Actively Managed Certificate (“AMC”), enabling qualifying investors to access a diversified portfolio of artworks under a single ISIN. In addition to the diversified AMC, Amicorp helped structure vehicles for single-artwork investments, each fully regulated and optimized for international distribution.
These vehicles offered shares in contemporary artworks by artists including Andy Warhol, Jean-Michel Basquiat, George Condo, David Hockney, and others.
